Refund and Returns Policy

At Kashmirexpo, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a product. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning items purchased from our website.

Returns Accepted within 7 Days

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Costs

Please note that return costs are to be borne by the customer. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Fee

When processing a refund, a fee will be deducted based on the fee charged by the payment gateways involved. This fee is typically around 15 percent of the total refund amount.

Initiating a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide us with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

Ideal refund time for the orders within India is 7 working days.

For Orders outside India the refund will take around 10 to 14 working days time to credit into your statement.
