Description

Hand-picked stigmas from the 2025 Pampore harvest, dried and graded the same week. Mongra is the top cut: only the deep-red stigma, no yellow style attached.

One gram is roughly 450 threads, enough for about 40 servings. Steep in warm milk or water for ten minutes before use rather than adding threads directly to a dish.
