Our Story
Kashmir Expo was founded in 2005 by artist Nasir Hussain Mugloo to bring Kashmir’s craft and produce to a wider audience. What began with paper mache has grown into three collections: The Workshop for handmade crafts and woodwork, The Loom for shawls and stoles, and The Pantry for saffron, honey, shilajit, dry fruits, and kahwa — all sourced directly from the artisans and growers who make them, with fair trade and ethical sourcing at the center of how we work.
