Pressed from the spring acacia flow and never heated above hive temperature, so the pollen and enzymes stay intact. Pale, mild and slow to crystallise.

Cloudiness or granulation is normal in raw honey and is not a fault. Warm the jar in water to clear it.

Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
