At Kashmir Expo, we aim to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order only before it has been processed or dispatched for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom and Handmade Items
As many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or prepared individually, orders for customized, personalized, or specially arranged items cannot be cancelled once preparation or production has started.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the applicable payment will be refunded to your original method of payment. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation
- Orders that have already been shipped.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items once work has begun.
- Orders placed during special sales or promotional campaigns, where stated as non-cancellable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with your order number and product photos. Such cases will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Our Rights
Kashmir Expo reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any amount received for the cancelled order will be refunded appropriately.

For orders paid through PayPal, refunds will be processed back through PayPal. Please note that in case of international payments or currency conversion, the final refunded amount received by the customer may be lower than the original payment amount due to PayPal exchange rate differences, currency conversion charges, bank charges, or related deductions. In some cases, such differences and charges may amount to up to 10% of the order value.
