Yes, we sell purely handmade and crafted paper mache goods

Yes, we are registered and governed by GST, PAN and IEX laws of India. We also have artisan cards from Government Kashmir Handicraft department. We are a registered firm.
6. What is your shipping policy?
We ship globally through the reputed courier companies. We normally deliver the goods to US, UK and EU in the span of 7-15 days.However, in rare cases due to different reasons beyond our control the delivery to international destinations could take upto 40 days.
We accept returns if you get back to us within 7 days of delivery .You just need to ship back at your costs and pack very carefully.
We don’t accept the returns if they get damaged during the return. So you as a buyer would need to pack the goods very safely, carefully and diligently when you want to send back.
Refund would be processed through Paypal and may take about a week’s time to reflect in your actual source of funds.
7. Will I be charged for customs charges in case of International shipping?

orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India to your provided shipping address via reputed international courier companies. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you as a buyer will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
